I have always been so intimidated by Banff hearing about how busy it gets, but I’ve wanted to visit for a few years now! You definitely helped ease some of those anxieties for me. I’ll have to plan a road trip around some of the lesser-known nearby lakes.
I had no idea there were alpine lodges way out there! That is such an incredibly cool nugget of information. It sounds perfect for a romantic getaway. Some of the photos from your hiking elopements seriously look like New Zealand. Such diversity in the landscapes throughout the Canadian Rockies, it’s incredible. I have quite a bit of exploring to do 🙂
Holy Crap! these are insane, musty get my ass to Banff immediately . The colors and tones in every image is perfection. And these location are all so beautiful.

Oh my godddd. These elopement spots near Banff National Park are incredible. Talk about a valuable resource for couples wanting to get married near that area. I can’t wait until we can travel again so I can go visit some of these places myself

These are epic!!! Every location was my favorite! I fell in love with the photo of the bride and groom getting ready together, so gorgeous!
