I know how overwhelming it can be searching for vendors online (hello 200 pages of google), especially if you are from out of town. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some amazing vendors in Canmore, Banff, and the surrounding areas and here are my favourites! Every company listed below are ones that I have worked with and found to be the best in the business. Having photographed 100+ elopements and weddings, I can confidently say that each of these companies will not let you down! Also, to be completely transparent, I do NOT get any kick back by recommending these companies, I just truly respect them as people and businesses, and think they will do a great job with whatever you are looking for! I also work solely with companies that are LGBTQ+ friendly. ?
Planners
Having someone plan all the little details of your day, can make the process so much easier and less stressful for you! Let them take care of everything from start to finish and have help on your big day!
Harry George Weddings
Harry is the sweetest human being who will instantly feel like your new best friend and put you at ease with everything. I honestly can’t recommend him enough and he really excels as a planner who will help take care of everything so you can just sit back and relax. He can help you out with both weddings and elopements, and really excels in helping plan backcountry/hiking elopements.

Truvelle – A Canadian based company. They create alternative options to the traditional wedding gown – made-to-order dresses with a heavy emphasis on design, fit, and quality.
Nordeen – new on the scene, but already setting themselves up to become a leader in the adventurous wedding dress world! The founder was an eloping bride herself, and after witnessing how few clothing options fit her idea of a perfect dress she started this company. US based.
Leanne Marshall – Lightweight and ideal for outdoor elopements, and dresses that beg for a little wind. US based.
Dreamers and Lovers – they have an epic collection of thoughtfully designed bohemian wedding dresses that are perfect for any eloping bride. US based.
Hair + Makeup
I don’t know about you, but I know squat about makeup. And especially if you are considering hiking for your elopement or wedding day, you don’t want to look like you have just hiked up a mountain! These professionals will make you look good and pickup hair/makeup styles to suit your day.
Blush & Coco – are willing to come along for the hike with couples, and can do hair and makeup right at the top! How’s that for the coolest getting ready location ever?

Okay…trust me when I say, this choice is a really important one. I have seen some truly weird and awful ceremonies, but I am here to recommend some of the best in the business. Your ceremony should be full of love and laughter!
Married by Cole – Cole is an amazing officiant who always loves the early morning hiking or adventure ceremonies and creates amazing personalized ceremonies that are modern and great! He is hands down my favourite but books up really quickly so reach out ASAP!
Hitched by Dustin – offers humour, emotional depth, guidance, and builds a custom wedding ceremony for you. Has also done hiking ceremonies with me!
Behitched by Laura – she is lighthearted and laidback, and will make you laugh and maybe even make you cry
Molly Matheson – such a sweetheart. She has a passion for creating unique and heartfelt ceremonies that beautifully reflect your love story.
Young Hip + Married – a great team of officiants!
